What We Heard on the AIAG Show Floor
Two days at Booth #240, running the Quality Suite against whatever 8Ds and PPAPs people were willing to hand over. A pattern showed up fast.
The Question Nobody Asked
Almost nobody asked whether AI works for quality. Every quality leader who stopped by already assumes some version of it will. The question we got, phrased a dozen different ways, was some version of: how do we know it's actually right, and not just confident?
That's the Whole Point of the Talk
It's also why Reasoning R&R™ exists. Reasoning first — does it agree with a known standard. Then repeatability — same input, same verdict, run after run. Then reproducibility — do two reviewers land in the same place. In that order, because a system can be consistent and still be consistently wrong.
What Happens Next
For everyone who ran a document through live at the booth: we'll follow up directly. For everyone we didn't get to — the offer still stands. Bring your last rejected 8D or PPAP, and we'll show you what MAD-Ai catches on the actual document, not a demo built to look good.
